Instructions

THIS CONCENTRATED PRODUCT MUST BE DILUTED AS DIRECTED PRIOR TO USE.

• General Industrial Applications: Dilute 1 part product with 8 to 10 parts hot or cold water and spray or mop on surface. Allow contact time of 3 to 5 minutes and scrub. Rinse with water.
• Bathroom Cleaning: Use at a rate of 4 to 8 ounces per gallon to clean floors, walls, counters, and sinks. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water. For toilets, urinals, showers, and tubs, use at a rate of 6 to 10 ounces per gallon. Allow product to stand for several minutes, scrub as necessary, then rinse with fresh water. 
• Smoke and Fire Damage: Dilute 1 part product with 8 parts hot water. Apply to soot or carbon soils with a brush or low-pressure spray. Amount of solution required depends on degree of soil and porosity of the surface. Rinse with water to prevent redeposition of soils.
• Industrial Floors and Concrete: Dilute 1 part product with 8 parts hot water and apply with mop or pressure sprayer. Scrub using a floor machine or deck brush. Allow a contact time of 5 to 10 minutes, but do not allow to dry. Pick up solution with wet pick-up vacuum, mop and wringer, or flush to the floor drain. Rinse floor thoroughly.
