How long will you hold my item(s) at the store?

As soon as your order is ready, we will send you a "Ready for Pickup" email to let you know. If you place an order while the store is open, it will typically be ready for pickup within a few hours. If you place an order after your selected store has closed, your order will typically be ready for pickup shortly after the store opens the next morning. Store hours may vary by location.

Do I Have To Be A Business To Order From This Site?

How Long Does It Take Until My Order Ships?

Great question! Most orders placed before midnight Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Friday will ship within 24 business hours. However, for larger orders or orders containing items over 45 kgs, these may ship within 2 business days from the order receipt date. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships, so you can keep an eye on its journey to you!

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (like toll or Startrack).
